has B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Ruminant Nutrition and Microbiology from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He has a Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition which he completed at the University of Kentucky. Vaughn joined Alltech in 2012 and has served in multiple roles including technical sales, field research and research project management. Vaughn has worked in the North American and sub-Saharan Africa regions. Since 2017 he has served as Global Ruminant Research Director where he heads up global nutritional research in ruminant species.
