GRIP Roundtable 2023
This year's GRIP Roundtable was held on April 19th at the Grandway Events Centre in Elora. LRIC, UofG and PIC came together to host this year's roundtable and we had a very successful lineup of speakers, followed by a panel discussion. Following the morning we participated in the Alan Alda Workshop in Communicating Science. Below are the slide decks from the day's presenters.
This year our speakers emphasized how we are at a critical moment, how GRIP currently works and how to make it better. An industry panel discussed their experience, sharing their first-hand knowledge on how they implement research.
The afternoon followed a workshop to help build skills and explore possibilities within research extension. The Alda Communication Program assisted everyone in building a plan to take the next steps.
